Originally from Lowell, Massachusetts and now based in South Carolina, Tina is a graduate of York Technical College in Rock Hill, South Carolina, with an extensive educational background in Early Childhood Care and Education.
Before founding ECS, Tina spent years working directly with children and families in babysitting, nanny, and childcare center environments. Through those experiences, she witnessed firsthand the challenges families face finding reliable care and the ongoing staffing struggles childcare centers encounter every day.
Rather than simply identifying the problem, Tina set out to create a solution.
She founded Emergency Childcare Services with a vision of building a staffing agency that truly understands the childcare industry — because it was built by someone who has lived it.
Today, that same commitment continues to guide every placement, every center partnership, and every family served.
