Originally from Lowell, Massachusetts and now based in South Carolina, Tina is a graduate of York Technical College in Rock Hill, South Carolina, with an extensive educational background in Early Childhood Care and Education.
Before founding ECS, Tina spent years working directly with children and families in babysitting, nanny, and childcare center environments. Through those experiences, she witnessed firsthand the challenges families face finding reliable care and the ongoing staffing struggles childcare centers encounter every day.
Rather than simply identifying the problem, Tina set out to create a solution.
She founded Emergency Childcare Services with a vision of building a staffing agency that truly understands the childcare industry — because it was built by someone who has lived it.
Today, that same commitment continues to guide every placement, every center partnership, and every family served.

Irene brings extensive expertise in childcare and caregiver staffing, helping Emergency Childcare Services connect qualified preschool teachers, caregivers, and babysitters with immediate open roles.
With a strong focus on state licensing compliance, background checks, and rapid placement, Irene ensures that high quality, fully vetted care is always available during urgent staffing needs.
Abigail
Staffing & Operations Coordinator
Abigail's role includes helping with scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, billing and ensuring our clients and teachers have the support and information they need.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. She believes in working hard and celebrating the small wins. One of her favorite ways to recharge after a productive month is treating herself to a relaxing massage.
Melody
Staffing & Partnership Coordinator
Melody brings over 5 years of experience in sales support, client communication, and relationship building. She enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs, and making every interaction feel personal. A natural encourager, she loves cheering people on.
Outside of work, Melody enjoys good conversations, learning new things, and finding reasons to laugh.
